Dr. Corey Hollis
Director of Rehabilitation
Dr. Corey A. Hollis is a Board Certified Chiropractor with the State of California, and the Administrative Director of PHYSICA, Inc. He has worked extensively in exercise rehabilitation for persons with disabilities, and is the only Chiropractor to have served on the Board of Advisors for the MS Society of California. Additionally, he completed a field fellowship under Sam Britain, Director of the CSU Northridge Spinal Cord Injury exercise rehabilitation center.
Dr. Hollis’ clinical experience includes having worked as a Firefighter-Paramedic for more than a decade, and as a Physicians’ Assistant in one of Southern California’s premier private Pediatric clinics. He has been actively involved with athletic endeavors including football, competitive martial arts and body-building for more than 30 years, and maintains his own commitment to personal fitness and optimal health. As a care provider with PHYSICA, Corey has worked with some of Orange County’s top private physician groups in co-managing the recovery and health-development of pre- and post-surgical clients, seniors, chronic neurological dysfunction clients, and many other special needs patients.
Dr. Milka Gronlund
Dr. Milka Gronlund, PhD, PsyD specializes in providing mindfulness, self-care, and wellness. She empowers patients to discover their inner strength to care for oneself and to be healthy in all areas – body, mind and spirit. She has been in the wellness field for over twenty years. In addition to working as the Wellness Director at Physica, she is also a wellness instructor at Hoag hospital, in which, her focus is prevention and management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, addictions and cancer. She offers a variety of classes and supportive groups that promote healing. Her classes are ideal for anyone that wants to de-stress and feel peaceful within.
